sectors such as Retail (shopping malls and retail refurbishments); Residential
(apartment buildings) and Hotels and Commercial buildings for major
brands. Perfect for those Engineers who enjoy getting out of the office
and liaising across disciplines, not simply sitting at a desk churning out the
work.
will include preparation of specifications for design and construct projects;
assessing tenders and making recommendations; designing system layouts; and
writing reports on issues such as energy use.

The Requirements
Medium sized specialist seeks 8+ years Building Services consultancy experience
and an Electrical Engineering degree. ESD experience will be highly valued.
