The Role
Working as part of
the International Deployments Team, the International Health Team Leader will
provide leadership and management support to
ensure appropriate and effective
health services delivery across our international programs. This will include
building and ensuring consistent implementation of the health strategy,
overseeing and ensuring the quality and performance of health services,
providing ongoing guidance and support to the health team as well as managing a
caseload of deployments.
About You
A Nurse with a
current APHRA registration and with post graduate qualifications in public
health, health management, tropical health or travel medicine, you have
demonstrated experience leading and managing health units. From working in
similar roles and settings, you have developed the ability to quickly build relationships
to allow you to effectively manage and provide support in relation to highly
complex health cases.
