The role

A key driver of
organisational change toward greater transpar

ency in reporting and
evidence-based continuous improvement, the Head of Performance and
Accountability is responsible for leading Red Cross in the pursuit of sector
excellence in outcome and impact measurement, evidence-based continuous
improvement and program quality.

Reporting to the
Director of Strategy and Performance, the role supports strategic goals across
the organisation, including leadership direction and development for
improvement of the organisation’s approach to outcome and impact measurement
and program effectiveness and evaluation.

About you

Pragmatic and team
focussed, you are a natural leader with proven success managing, leading and
developing multi-disciplinary teams in environments focussed on evidence based
outcomes and impact measurement. Experienced in leading data analytics
capability to improve organisational decision making and achieve high quality
outcomes, you can quickly build and foster influencing relationships with
external stakeholders such as peak bodies, local government and partner
organisations.

Reflecting your
commitment to agility, you are personally adaptable and willing to test new
approaches and methods to achieve the most successful and efficient outcome.
