The
Role
The
Senior Supervisor Libraries will coordinate and oversee the operations of the
Town’s libraries. The role requires someone who can build partnerships with key
stakeholders, ensure a great team culture, monitor and meet agreed service
outcomes, and evaluate and guide service delivery to meet the needs of the
community.

The
preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical,
including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as
possess:
  • Relevant
    University qualifications in Library or Information Studies
  • National
    Police Clearance
  • Current
    ‘C’ class drivers licence
  • Working
    with Children Check
  • Workplace
    First Aid Certificate
  • Ability
    to undertake Regional Library duties in line with the agreement with State
    Library of Western Australia and the Shire of East Pilbara
