We are a 32 children
places boutique like Centre, 17 years of service and still strong with two
groups 2 to 3 year olds and 3 to 5 year olds.
We hold a sound
philosophical views and vision that center around Steiner educational
philosophy, natural environments and promotion of imagination, creativity and

environment for the children, parents and educators.
About the
position:
The position is for
a room team m
ember, working in the 3-5 years old group. We will encourage
and support you to develop your interest and strengths in early childhood
education as general and Steiner methods in particular.
About you:
We are looking for someone
who has experience working full time in LDC, is flexible, warm, caring and good
communicator. Our ideal candidate would be someone who can show initiative
and is interested in Steiner
education philosophy, is interested in develop professionally
and see the early childhood education as their long term profession.

successful candidate will ideally have:
- Early
Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
qualification recognised via ACECQA - Proven
full time working experience working in a LDC - A
current First Aid certificate - Motivation
and enthusiasm for working with children. - Fluent
English communication skills. - Good
presentation skills.
