Requirements:
If you have a minimum of 10 years in Quantity Surveying Building services offered by the practice, this is an ideal opportunity to join us in the role of Quantity Surveyor and be part of a landmark project in the heart of Kigali, Rwanda. We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who holds a degree in Quantity Surveying to join our firm in Rwanda.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• Management and cost advice
• All aspects of quantity surveying and project co-ordination
• Draw up or verification of the cost plan
• Carrying out cost controls
• Preparation of budget and cost estimates, to include complete building works, MEP and Infrastructure with specific focus on hospitality related projects.
• Preparation and update of capital outflow plans
• Preparation and update of capital outflow plans
• Procurement and payment control during the whole period
• Monitoring and evaluating the Contractor’s Payment Certificates (IPCs).
• Cost reports
• Contracting issues
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position applicants must have a University Degree in Quantity Surveying and the requested years of Quantity Surveying and FIDIC experience. We need a good Team player who is able to fulfill a senior role in our Supervision Team.
Experience:
International experience is required.
