Academic and professional qualification
• The required candidate must have at least a Master’s Degree in Information Sciences, knowledge management or related field;
• At least Three years relevant experience in a busy and reputable organization
• Maximum 40 years of age.
Important skills and competencies
• Ability to lead strategic planning, results-based management, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience on knowledge management and sharing. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead implementation of new systems and affect behavioral/ attitudinal change.
• Promotes a knowledge sharing and learning culture. Maturity and confidence in dealing with senior and high-ranking members of the organization
