RSwitch ATM Support Engineer Job Vacancy in Rwanda

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing
  service and maintenance of ATMs.
• Resolving
  customer’s queries related to ATM operations, service and maintenance.
• Maintaining
  effective communication with all customers (internal and external), and
  vendors.
• Active
  usage of help desk system to record tickets progress and client service
  calls.
• Liaise
  with RSwitch service desk and customer engineers.
• Submission
  of reports.
• Self-education
  in the field of ATM service and maintenance.
• Any
  other duties that may from time to time be required by management.

Qualifications:

• Hold a high education diploma
  or degree in IT.
• Have a good knowledge of
  Electronics and/or mechanical background.
• Have excellent time management
  skills.
• Be fluent in English oral and
  written on a professional level.
• French is considered
  beneficial.
• Willing to work in shifts and
  late hours.
• Be able to work independently
  and reliable as per the standards set in the procedures and work
  instructions of RSwitch.
• Communicate with other
  departments within RSwitch on a cordial and professional manner.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft
  Outlook 2010 and Office 2010 Excel and Office 2010 Word· Professional
  appearance and capable of communicating with the various banks counterparts
  on a professional and courteous manner.
• Due to nature of work, person
  has to be flexible; while at the same time have attention for detail.
• Must be Rwandan.
