Subject: Request for proposals of consultancy services of study on the Rwanda Media Barometer FINANCING: Media Development Project/IPG-UNDP
The Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) invites eligible and qualified Consultancy Firms to submit their best technical and financial proposals of consultancy services of the study on the Rwanda Media is open on equal conditions to all Consultancy firms specialized in the field.
The documents of request of proposals will be obtained from the RGB Office, situated at Remera; in the ZIGAMA CSS Building, 4th floor, Tel 0785371587 from the 3rd August 2012, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non refundable fee of five thousand Rwandan Francs (5 000 Rwf) on the Rwanda Revenue Authority Account n°1200046 at the National Bank of Rwanda. Any complementary information concerning this request of proposals will be obtained from the RGB Office to the address mentioned above, not later than 17th August 2012.
The technical and financial proposals well printed, prepared in French or in English, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original and three copies, must be accompanied by a tender security of 200,000 Rwf issued by a bank or a registered insurance company, must reach, in sealed envelope, to the RGB Office to the address mentioned above not later than 5th September 2012 at 09:00 am local time prompt.
The technical and financial proposals will be placed in separate envelope where the complete address of proposals will be written. The whole package will be slipped into an outer envelope marked the number and title of the request of proposal and TO BE OPENED ONLY IN THE PUBLIC SESSION and addressed to: The Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda Governance Board (RGB).
The opening of proposal will take place in a public session on the same day at 09:30 am local time prompt in the conference room of the RGB.
