Hospital, Kigali has an ambitious vision to become “a centre of excellence in
health service provision, clinical education and research in Africa” It is a
multi specialty national and regional referral centre affiliate with the
National University of Rwanda, located in Kigali, the Capital
City of Rwanda, and
rapidly growing economic hub of the East Central Africa Region. It is currently
seeking to recruit specialist candidates who have demonstrated evidence of
outstanding qualifications through letters of recommendations, teaching
evaluation, patient care activities and publication rate appropriate to
appointment level in the following clinical areas: Medical Oncology, Cardiac
surgery, Cardiology, Urology, Neurosurgery, Hepatobiliary surgery, vascular
surgery, Intervention Radiology, kidney Transplant surgery, Intensive Care,
Pediatrics Oncology, Maxilla Facial surgery and Anaesthesiology.
Responsibilities
will include but are not limited to: direct patient care, teaching, and
research, quality improvement in clinical areas of care through clinical
guidelines development and clinical audit to mention but a few.
Extensive experience
in case management of the respective specialties in stand alone or
multi-specialty centres coupled with Fellowships qualifications and Board
Certification where applicable will an added advantage.
