ANNOUNCEMENT
CARE International
in Rwanda is seeking to recruit a ´´Knowledge
Management and Learning Manager´´ for its VSL Technical Support
Unit to be based in KIGALI.
Minimum
requirements:
- Rwanda
Nationality; - Minimum
Bachelor´s degree in Statistics, Demography or any other related field; - At
least 3 years of experience in the development and implementation of
Monitoring & Evaluation system; - Three
years proven experience and skills in project design, participatory
monitoring and evaluation processes, including exposure to household
Livelihood survey; - Experience
in developing, maintaining and manipulating databases; - Experience
in using other analytical tools as well as methods of data collection,
data analysis and survey design using quantitative and qualitative
methods; - Proven
experience with the logical framework approach and other strategic
planning approaches; - Excellent
communications and facilitation skills, proven both in writing and
verbally; - Good
organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and complete
tasks according to agreed deadlines; - Able to
work with a minimum supervision;
Language
skills:
French and English
