Job Description :
With the increase in Rwanda Health Enterprise Architecture (RHEA)
implementation activities in Rwanda in 2013 the Jembi Rwanda office is looking
to recruit a Project Officer based in Kigali. The Project Officer will be
responsible for the coordination of project rollout activities and provide
M&E support to the Programme Manager, including working as part of the
M&E team to gather data at the health centre level. This role is key to
Jembi’s core value of increasing local capacity in Rwanda
Qualifications and work experience required:
Essential
• Masters Degree in Programme Management, International Development or related
field
• 5 years experience of coordinating community development projects
• Experience of undertaking M&E activities
• Experience of delivering training and the development of training materials
• French and/or Kinyarwanda fluency
• Masters Degree in Programme Management, International Development or related
field
• 5 years experience of coordinating community development projects
• Experience of undertaking M&E activities
• Experience of delivering training and the development of training materials
• French and/or Kinyarwanda fluency
Desirable
• Experience of coordinating capacity building projects in the health sector
• Working knowledge of eHealth
• Experience of working with USG funding
