TERMS OF REFERENCE (ToRs)
The USAID/Higa Ubeho Program is a five-year USAID/PEPFAR-funded program whose
goal is to increase the use of health and related social support services among
the most vulnerable, including people living with HIV and AIDS (PLHA), orphans
and other vulnerable children (OVC) and their families to mitigate the impact
and reduce the risk of HIV and other health threats. CHF
International leads this consortium with international partner Catholic Relief
Services (CRS), and 8 Rwandan Partner Organizations (RPOs). The program is in
its third year of implementation and requires short term technical assistance
in data entry.
Job duties:
• Timely and accurate coding and data entry of forms into CHF web
database
• Ensuring data quality by verification of forms entered in the database and
correction of errors
• Filing and organisation of forms as instructed by the supervisor
Qualifications for the position:
• Rwandan National
• University degree in any field
• Strong computer skills
• Proven experience in data entry
• Readily available to work full time for the duration of the appointment
• Applicants will be required to use their own laptops
• Proficiency in English and Kinyarwanda
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
Duration of contract:
The selected candidates will be given a temporary contract as need arise. The
first temporary job for 15 data clerks is planned for next week. The
contract is subject to renewal dependent on performance and review of the Scope
of Work.
