Ministry of Health is currently seeking a highly

The core objective for the post of the driver is to
ensure the transportation of staff, partners as well as equipments and
materials of MOH/HRH Program and MOH/ Transition. The Driver will be
responsible for the vehicle put to his disposition and will ensure that
maintenance is done on regular basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive MOH staff in a safe and courteous manner
- Ensure safe transportation of MOH goods and
materials - Ensure timely servicing and maintenance of MOH
vehicles(complete service request forms and maintain service maintenance
records) including preparation of maintenance of checklist - Report mechanical problems promptly to immediate
supervisor - Maintain cleanliness of interior/exterior of
vehicle - Inspect and record the condition(brakes,
lights, and indicators, etc) of the vehicle before driving on a daily
basis; - Ensure vehicle is insured and all legal
documents are in order at all times - Abide by MOII -vehicle policy and operating
procedures at all times (use of logbook, no drinking and driving, etc.) - Deliver messages as directed
- Make a monthly report about the use and status
of the vehicle
Requirements to apply:
- Rwandan nationality; Valid driving license;
Capable of spending 80% of monthly work time in the field; Good and clean
driving record; Moral and Integrity qualities are desirable: 2 years
driving experience in reputable institution; Fluent in Kinyarwanda;
working knowledge of French and English is an added advantage.
