Position: ATM & Cards Project Manager
Duration: 2 years.
Reporting to: COO
Service mission (objective of the job)
- Define
the ATM & Cards Project for BPR, based upon the decisions taken by the
EMT. The EMT decisions will be based upon the various scenarios developed
by BPR’s consultant and staff - Structure
and resource the project - Manage
the Project
Qualifications (Education, experience and Background Required)
- Degree
in Accounting/Finance or Economics preferred - Relevant
banking and management experience - Strong
Project Management skills - Strong
communication skills - Strong
analytical and organizational skills - Commitment
to excellence
Specific responsibilities (accountability)
- For the
project to produce the required products, to the required standard of
quality and within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope,
risk and benefits; - For the
project to ensure that the products are capable of achieving the benefits
stipulated in the agreed business case; and - Having
control over the various stages of the project.
Has contact within the organization BPR and / or outside BPR (is allowed
or not, to represent the department)

- All
stakeholders in the Bank (management and staff) - The
project bodies (Executive, Board, Team members) - Outside
the bank with (potential) suppliers, Project partners and consultants
Main targets (target to be achieved, once or periodically)
- Deliver
the Project Initiation Document - Establish
the Project Plan - Install
Project Quality Assurance - Obtain
necessary approvals - Establish
and manage the project’s risks and dependencies overview - set
targets for production of Project, Stage for all project participants - manage
business and project risks, including the development of any contingency
plans required by Project Board; - be
accountable to the Project Board for overall progress and use of
resources, and initiate corrective action where necessary; - report
to the Project bodies through Highlight Reports, stage assessments or
other reports required - (if
necessary) propose Exception Plans - liaise
with the Project bodies to assure the overall direction and integrity of
the project; - set up
formal and informal project communication - Deliver
the End Project Report, Lessons Learned Report, and any Benefit Review
Plans required

- Customer

- Reports
