POSITION
OBJECTIVE
OBJECTIVE
The
Market Hub Operator (MHO) main objective is to do the selling of the Mobisol
Solar Home Systems (SHS) at the terminal of the Mobisol structure where
interaction with company clients takes place.

The
Market Hub Operator’s main strategic task is to operate his/her Market Hub
through which the sales are delivered.

- Operate
the Market Hub according to “MH Rules and Regulations” - Educate
potential customer on Mobisol products and service - Perform
customer affordability check, i.e. the completion of the Customer
Qualification Sheet and handling m-Tawi - Process
sales by completing contract - Manage
physical system handovers - Explain
after-sales service to customers and provide them with phone numbers of local
technicians for scheduling the installation - Keep
all documents in order and filed in correct folders - Properly
control and maintain the MH inventory according to Mobisol’s standards - Support
deliveries from/to the Regional Hub - Provide
Sales Agents with required documents (blank credit surveys, SA record
sheets, flyers) - Assist
Loan Officers to reclaim systems of defaulted customers
Attend
regular MHO meetings at Regional Hub

Qualifications
- Rwandan
by nationality. - At
least senior six leaver/diploma holder in business, marketing, management,
sales, customer relations or other related field. - Minimum
2+ years of experience in a similar position in sales, marketing,
commission agents, freelance sales/marketing background. - Professional
handling of customers - Dynamic
self-starter, high energy and strong initiative - Fluency
in English and Kinyarwanda is mandatory.
