The role
The Infrastructure department works
closely with Corporate Operations in supporting the core program. The role of
the Maintenance Manager is to look after the well being of the Organization’s
Infrastructures.

Your Duties
- Manage
Maintenance of building structures - Oversee
regular check-ups on buildings and systems - Oversee
small repairs - Ensure
there is constant and reliable water and electricity on the Organization’s
Infrastructures - Manage
the procurement of maintenance materials - Maintain
an online maintenance spreadsheet - Be
accountable for all money spent on Maintenance projects
Our Requirements
- Hold
at least a Diploma in Property management, or related field. - Having
five years work experience in an international organization such as UN
agency or NGO. - Fluent
knowledge of Kinyarwanda and very good ability to speak, understand, and
write in French or English - Solid
computer skills regarding e-mail, internet usage, and Microsoft Word and
Excel - Maturity,
integrity, and confidentiality are personality traits that are required
for this role; in addition, we expect very good people skills and a high
degree of stress resistance.
