As
a consultant at People Performance Group, you will be in charge of recruitment
projects from prospecting clients and close deals to conduct work analysis,
formulate job adverts, conduct technical interviews, psychometric testing,
competency based interviewing and report writing. You will be responsible for a
transparent process as well as customer satisfaction and fair treatment of
candidates. Moreover, as a PPG consultants you are expected to provide Human
Resource (HR) trainings to the International Ngo’s and the private sector in
Rwanda. It will be an asset for you, if you know how to capacity build staff
both for internal use in PPG and external for our clients in Rwanda.

prefer a self-driven person who MUST have recruitment experience and know how
to train others within the area of HR, based on OT and specific HR training
courses. It is consequently a job requirement that you are certified in
Occupational Testing and at least one psychometric test battery, preferably
CFL’s. Furthermore it is essential that you have commercial flair and a good
understanding of the Rwandan market, plus know how to collaborate with both
international and local institutions.

of a Bachelors’ degree - Certified

good sales experience and know how to plan and execute sales strategies - Must
have proven experience in closing deals - Must
have worked in an entrepreneurial organisation where the job stretches
beyond the job description - Know
how to strategically plan, implement and run projects - Will
and talent to provide excellent customer care - Must
have international experience, preferably outside Africa, for at least 2
years - Know
how to teach and train people within a HR framework - Have
prior experience in using personality test - Have
used personality test to work with team and individual development within
organisations - Knowledge
of MS Office applications - Fluent
in English in writing and verbally
