SUMMARY
SUMMARY
- Process
accurate and timely payroll data to bank. - Develop
tea nursery & deliver sturdy plants. - Oversee
New Tea Development –Land preparation /planting & bringing young tea
into bearing sustainably. - Deliver
crop volumes, Quality, while embracing good Agricultural practices in the
Division. - Participate
in the preparation of Estate budgets & performance. - Responsible
for the Care & use of Company assets in the Estate/Division. - Responsible
for cascading Company information to the employees in the division. - Implement
all company policies and procedures in the Division - Monitor
& Control expenditure in the Division. - Coordinate
the Recruitment, Training & development of personnel in the Division. - Link
between Company & Community in fostering Corporate Social Relations
activities. - Support
the development and review of the plantation strategies - Ensure
Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) requirements are
implemented. - Deliver
the business targets aligned to Unilever business strategy in the
Division. - Provide
counselling services to employees in the Division.
KEY

REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate
in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering or Bachelor of
Science or any other relevant experience - 2
