Swisscontact
is currently implementing the second phase of an SDC (Swiss Agency for
Development and Cooperation) programme in Rwanda and is looking for a Coordinator
for supervising the additional support to be extended to the 5 VTCs constructed
under PROMOST in the Western province, to ensure effective implementation for
quality improvement and sustainability of the supported units. The
Coordinator will work as a consultant with a medium term contract.

Required
profile
profile
- A
professional with at least a Bachelor degree in Education,Engineering,
Business administration, or other related field - Minimum
5 years’ experience in Education, TVET Sector or Skills Development - Fluent
in Kinyarwanda, English and French - Strong
organizational, analyticaland supervisory skills - Readiness
to travel and work across the districtsof the Western province - Good
communication and negotiation skills - A
high level of integrity and accountability.

of overall implementation of the additional support - Managing
consultants’ work and activities - Overseeing
