Prepare

Key
responsibilities:

- To
manage recruitment process and reporting: process all application data and
generate pre-selection reports - Attract,
retain and motivate staff - Provide
leadership in conducting interviews during recruitments - Together
with line managers prepare pre-selection reports for candidates - Discuss
with hiring managers on the expected deadlines on recruitment - Facilitate
and support hiring managers on the right recruitment processes - Orientation
and induction of new employee; - Compute
staff salaries, benefits/allowances, and other statutory deductions and
generate monthly payrolls in line with the UngukaHuman Resources policy
andRwandan Labor and Tax laws - Prepare
payments for temporary, casual and consultants. - File
all monthly payrolls, NSSF and tax returns - Identify
training and development opportunities - Facilitation
and follow up of training programs and repots - Identify
promotion cases based on career development criteria and report to
supervisors - Handle
all issues regarding staff salaries in line with HR Policy - Follow
up career progression impact on payroll and report. - Manage
collection of HR statistics and file the related reports. - File
copies of Organizational charts - Prepare
payments for medical insurance and follow to ensure all staff have medical
cards - Ensure
staff files are regularly updated with relevant documents including
contracts, leave records, academic transcripts and performance appraisals - Ensure
that existing and new staff has updated administrative documents,
including authorized contracts, job description and offer letters; - Manager
and answer employees’ questions regarding HR policies and practices; - Manage
employee Relations - Ensure
appropriate documentation of all Administrative and HR issues, including
maintaining an appropriate filing system; - Manage
annual training plans and implementation as needed. - Keep
track of trainings and report - Properly
manage off boarding of staff to avoid litigation - Produce
reports on HR administrative activities as needed.

- Should
have a university degree (A0) in HR management, Business administration,
social sciences and law - Should
have at least 4 years’ experience in Human Resources Management - Should
have high interpersonal Communication skills - Must
have a clear understanding of the Labour and Tax Laws - Requires
written and oral communication skills. Requires English fluency, both
written and spoken - Should
have computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access - Knowledge
of HR Information systems is added advantage
