recruitment and selection - Organizational
development including elaboration of policies and procedures - Compensation
and benefits management including payroll processing - Strategic
planning and business planning - Research
Requirements:
The
ideal candidates should;

ideal candidates should;
- Have
a Bachelor’s (1st or 2nd class) degree in
Management, or specifically Human Resource Management, or other related
field, with at least 5 years’ experience or a Master’s degree in any of
these fields with at least 3 years’ experience - Be
highly proficient in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in French
and Kinyarwanda will be an added advantage - Have
excellent customer care and client relationship management skills - Be
multi-skilled, dynamic and eager to learn
