TENDER NOTICE
TENDER TITLE: REHABILITATION OF BDF BRANCHES
SOURCE OF FUND: BDF BUDGET
Business Development Fund (BDF) hereinafter called ‘’Client” invites the eligible companies to submit their offers for the “Rehabilitation of BDF Branches”.
The tender is composed of four indivisible lots:
- Lot 1: Rehabilitation of Gasabo, Nyaugenge, Kicukiro Branches
- Lot 2: Rehabilitation of Burera Branch
- Lot 3: Rehabilitation of Ngoma, Kayonza, and Rwamagana Branches
- Lot 4: Rehabilitation of Huye and Nyamagabe Branches
Tender Document may be obtained by lodging a request to “procurementbdf@bdf.rw” with presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 040-0335373-77 of BRD DEVELOPMENT FUND (BDF) opened at Bank of Kigali (BK); (only soft copy of tender document will be shared due to measures against COVID 19).
All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” Lot1, 750,000 Frw, Lot 2: 500,000 Frw , Lot 3: 500,000 Frw and Lot 4: 400,000Frw from recognized commercial banks or financial institutions. The bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the validity period.

An Compulsory site visit will be conducted as follows: Departure time 10:00a.m up to 17:00P.m at BDF Branches in Gasabo, Kicukiro, Nyarugende-Mageragere, on 14th June 2022, Burera on 15th June 2022, Rwamagana, Kayonza, Ngoma on 16th June 2022 and Huye, Nyamagabe on 17th June 2022
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the BDF Head Office Reception located at the address mentioned above not later than 28th June 2022at 3:00 pm local time. Late bids will be rejected.
The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number, name and title.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend at the BDF board room on the same day at 3:30 pm prompt local time.
The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline for their submission.
