Job Title: Sales & Customer Engagement Manager
Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels.
- Content creation and implementation to ensure online objectives are met.
- Digital channels engagement to generate sales and build brand awareness.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Supervising the Customer Service team to ensure optimal service delivery to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any discipline
- Knowledge of advertising serving tools
- Understanding of all social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience in setting up and optimizing digital display Ads campaigns
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing
- Knowledge of website analytics tool
- Knowledge of video and picture editing software
Salary
N1,000,000 – N1,500,000 annually.
