Overview
The Queen-Nellie Evans Scholarship will recognize outstanding minority graduate students in the field of psychology who have a demonstrated commitment to improving the conditions of marginalized communities. Preference is given to those who are preparing for a career in academia, clinical service delivery, or public policy and see their work as helping to improve the condition of marginalized communities after the completion of their graduate studies. Both master’s and doctorate students are welcome to apply.

Eligibility
Must be a minority graduate student enrolled in an accredited master’s or doctoral program.

Application Requirements
- Self-statement of how candidate fulfills the purpose of the scholarship (no more than five pages, 1-inch margins, no smaller than 11-point font).
- Current abbreviated CV (10 pages maximum).
- Letter of recommendation from faculty advisor.
