Tender for acquisition of other specialized equipment at Gasabo District

The Gasabo District (hereinafter called Client) funded by the Ordinary Budget towards the cost of Supply generator and installation.

The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the Supply generator and installation.

The Client now invites, by the present invitation to tender, sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply generator and installation. The execution period is three months.

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Bidding Documents.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from www.umucyo.gov.rw and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given above any time at their convenience.

A margin of preference for eligible national bidders shall be applied.

A complete set of bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders at the following address www.umucyo.gov.rw, on presentation of the bank slip as a proof of payment of non-refundable fee Rwandan francs five thousand (RWF 5,000).The sum is to be deposited at any commercial bank on the Account of RRA through www.irembo.gov.rw portal.

Bids must be summited through www.umucyo.gov.rw at or before the date specified on www.umucyo.gov.rw. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened automatically the same day through www.umucyo.gov.rw.

A compulsory Site visit is scheduled on (20/05/2020) and will be conducted by Gasabo District, at Gasabo District offices at 10:00 am local time.
