TENDER NOTICE

TITLE: Supply of mobile telephones for the head of villages in Rulindo District

1. The Government of Rwanda through Rulindo District allocated funds for « Supply of mobile telephones for ahead of villages in Rulindo District”

1. The Rulindo District invites all companies capable to execute the above-mentioned tender to submit their bids for the “Supply of mobile telephones for the head of villages in Rulindo District” The tender is distributed in only one indivisible lot.
2. The tender document may be obtained from the e-procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw). For submission of their bids, all interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000 RWF) to be paid on the RRA Decentralized Taxes/Rulindo District account/ RWF opened at Bank of Kigali.
3. All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system as mentioned above before the date and time indicated by the system. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the e-procurement system on the same day.

• The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned. The bidders are required to submit the commitment letter
