a.   Data Manipulation: This term is used to describe a situation where
information are re-sorted, rearranged and/or moved which causing damaging
changes to the information.
Data manipulation is done in order to change the format of the stored
information through rearranging the information.

b.   Data Verification: The term data verification is a process where in different types of data are
checked for accuracy and
inconsistencies after data migration is done. It helps to determine whether data was
accurately translated when data is
transferred from one source to another, is complete, and
supports processes in the new system. During verification, there may be a need
for a parallel run of both systems to identify areas of disparity and forestall
erroneous
data loss.
c.   Data Validation: Data validation is intended to provide certain
well-defined guarantees for fitness, accuracy, and consistency for any of
various kinds of user input into an application or automated system. Data validation is the process of
ensuring or checking for correctness, meaningfulness, and security of data that
are input to the system.
d.   Data Integrity: This is testing of data for accuracy and
consistency and ensuring the correctness of information at any point in time
and to determine if information can remain reliable and correct throughout its
lifespan.
e.   Data Security: It is a protective digital privacy measures that
are applied to prevent unauthorized access to computers, databases and
websites. Data security also protects data from corruption. Data security means protecting data,
such as a database, from destructive forces and from the unwanted actions of
unauthorized users.
