A sample size of 180 respondents was used for the
study. The stratified and simple random sampling technique was adopted whereby
the targeted population was divided into three strata, namely; Uzuokpa Quarter,
Aviewho Quarter and Ogboro Quarter. Thereafter, the simple random sampling
technique was employed to pick the sample size of sixty (60) respondents from
each of the quarter through balloting (slip of papers marked “yes” or “no”)
without replacement. In this type of sampling technique, each person in the
community was given an equal and independent chance of being included in the
