Description
This position will be responsible for formulation and execution of groups,
meetings and events business, to develop new business, provide marketing
support within JAPA region and maintain the existing clientele base, promote
the company’s event management services and advance brand building..
* Sell the company’s meetings and events services to target and existing
clients to achieve sales goals.,
* Maintain a complete and accurate customer database.
* Prepare sales proposals and quotation base on client’s requirement and
explore potential business opportunities.
* Compile and communicate clearly about event management service to the
customer via visitation, telephone, email and face to face meetings.
* Assist team in the collection of unpaid invoices.
* Provide on-site service for new client and large scale events.
* Prepare periodical sales reports.

* Minimum 10 years of Sales experience preferable in tourism industry
preferably in event management.
* Knowledge of communications strategies and develop tactical plans to
accomplish sales goal.
* Strong sense of project management.
* Effective communication with confidence and outgoing personality.
* Well-organized, mature and able to work independently under pressure and
tight schedules.
* Good geographic knowledge and familiar with many worldwide venues.
* Ability to learn quickly about new destinations, venues, services to
incorporate them into negotiation solution.
* Good negotiation and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in MS office, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing
* Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
