JOB DESCRIPTION:
Main role: In close collaboration with the program Education Coordinator, to manage the Concern Education Program and plan, implement, monitor and evaluate program activities in cooperation with communities, Ministry of Education officials and program staff.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Skills and Experience:
• Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field;
• Extensive experience in planning, implementing and managing an education program, including budget and staff management;
• Experience in building staff capacity and providing appropriate mentoring; in participatory planning, monitoring and evaluation;
• Strong oral and written communication skills and reporting ability is required in this role;
• Ability to develop and implement program and personal work plans independently;
• Good computer skills, especially Word and Excel;
• The ability to speak Bassa is a clear advantage.
