A leading FMCG firm is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join the team.To be considered for this role, you must have HR experience in managing a call centre client group, supporting them in all day to day HR issues. You will be particularly strong in managing performance and behavioural issues in a very challenging and fast paced environment.
You must also have managed and led HR strategy and be able to effectively influence key stakeholders.
This role is permanent and is based in Livingston.
