Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a Distributions Analyst to work within their team. The Distributions Analyst will be required to schedule and co-ordinate the processing and printing of all distribution documentation for third party clients in accordance with the regulatory guidelines and business requirements. Other responsibilities may include extra Reporting.The Distributions Analyst will be required to:
– Process all bulk Distributions from the input of initial rates through to the issue of outgoing payments
– Prepare and reconcile bulk Distributions through each key stage.
– Ensure and check all work is undertaken accurately, timely and in accordance with regulatory and service level requirements.
– Investigate and resolve any queries arising, professionally and in an accurate and timely manner.

The Distributions Analyst will have:
– Working experience within a banking/financial services environment
– Distributions experience an absolute essential requirement
– Excellent attention to detail
– Excellent systems skills, advanced Excel (macros, VLookups) highly desirable
– SDRT & HMRC Reporting experience preferred, but not essential
