Our client, a financial services organisation based in Glasgow require outstanding Administrators to carry out a range of assigned specialist clerical/technical support duties in accordance with predetermined procedures and service standards. The main duties required:
– Carry out a range of assigned specialist clerical/technical support duties ensuring that the work is completed accurately
– Respond to a range of enquiries, ensuring that customers requirements are clarified where necessary
– Support and assist colleagues within the team providing guidance and support to less experienced team members
– When required verify and check the work of other colleagues
– Identify and suggest improvements to new and existing processes

This post is a long-term temporary post which could go permanent depending on performance. We are looking for candidates with outstanding communication skills and high levels of accuracy. Candidates must pass a credit check and Disclosure Scotland clearance prior to starting the role.
