The Client:
The client is a large MNC and is actively looking to hire administrators for permanent roles. Only candidates who speak German will be considered for these positions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide administration to support the HR and recruitment teams
• Organise and co-ordinate interviews
• Post job adverts online and pre-screen external applications
• International travel bookings, visa processing, etc.
• Event support for International Off-Sites as needed
• Administration duties as required
Job Requirements
• Proven experience working in roles with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent computer and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in HR Administration and/or Recruitment functions
• Must speak Nordic and English
