As a leading local charity, Suffolk Family Carers is at the core of supporting Family Carers, focusing on delivering services that engage local communities.
Working closely with the CEO and the senior management team, you will play a vital role in leading and developing the adult services for the organisation to support Family Carers in helpful and imaginative ways. You will have experience of successfully implementing organisational development initiatives and will be a confident leader with a proven ability to motivate people to achieve their best.
You will have good project, people and financial management skills as well as an understanding of the issues facing Family Carers and of relevant policy. You will have a proven track record of developing positive partnerships and of securing funding.
Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills are a must, together with a commitment, enthusiasm and energy to capture creative ideas, find solutions to challenges and create opportunities for the benefit of Family Carers.
