Badenoch & Clark Financial Controller Job Vacancy in London

Our client, an engineering company based in Essex, is currently recruiting for a Financial Controller/ Manager to oversee and manage the Financial Planning and Analysis function on a contract basis for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities will include:
* Monthly management P&L and balance sheet reporting and analysis
* Reviewing UK supply chain costs
* Ensuring the business meets statutory business control requirements and policies
* Overseeing outsourced financial processes
* Managing currency exposures and hedges by liaising with Treasury to ensure correct accounting treatment
* Managing audit requirements and ensuring the timely resolution of all findings and comments

Experience Required:
* Fully qualified Accountant
* An understanding of leading an annual budget process
* A working knowledge of operating in a controlled environment
* Managerial experience
* Proven experience of communicating at all levels

System skills:
Advanced Excel (preferred)
Sarbanes Oxley
