Contract Type: The post is part-time (job share), with a working commitment of 60%. The job holder will work mainly on Monday and Tuesday.

Salary: Grade 7 £28,401 – £35,938 per annum pro-rata, with potential to progress to £39,257 per annum pro-rata.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting our students with mental health difficulties.
You will facilitate the provision of mental health support to students, especially those with more severe, complex and enduring difficulties; provide effective liaison and linkage between services on mental health issues, for the benefit of students and staff; and contribute to training and awareness building activities on student mental health matters.
The successful candidate will possess a professional qualification at the level of CPN or equivalent, eg in Counselling/Psychotherapy, Clinical Psychology, Social Work or other professional areas related to mental health. Experience of supporting students in an HE setting would be an advantage.
