A leading Licensed Deposit Taking Sacco is looking for experienced &
qualified persons to fill the following positions:-
1. Credit Manager
He/she will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the credit
department and implementation of the Credit Policy.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in
Cooperative Management or Commerce or its equivalent from a recognized
university - A person who has served in the
grade of Loan Officer or comparable positions in credit management in a
SACCO or in like organizations for at least three (3) years. - Computer literate
- Good leadership, communication
& interpersonal skills - Valid certificate of good
conduct - A diploma in Cooperative
Management or Banking or Credit Management will be an added advantage.
He/she will be responsible for day to day operations in the credit department
and assisting the Credit Manager in implementation of the Credit Policy.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in
Cooperative Management or Commerce or its equivalent from a recognized
university - A person who has served in the
grade of Loans Clerk or comparable positions in a SACCO or in like
organizations for at least three (3) years. - Computer literate
- Good leadership, communication
& interpersonal skills - Valid certificate of good
conduct - A certificate in Cooperative
Management, Credit Management or Banking will be an added advantage.
He/she will be responsible for clerical works in the credit
department and assisting the Credit Manager & Loans Officer in
implementation of the Credit Policy.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Have a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education
with a minimum of mean grade C or its equivalent - Are holders of a Certificate in
Co-operative Management or Credit Management or Banking from a recognized
institution. - Computer literate
- Good communication &
interpersonal skills - Valid certificate of good
conduct
He/she will be responsible for Implementation of microfinance policies,
procedures and standards.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Are holders of a business
degree or its equivalent from a recognised university and a diploma in
Banking or its equivalent; - A person who has served in a
comparable positions in a SACCO or in like organizations for at least
three (3) years. - Computer literate;
- Good communication &
interpersonal skills - Valid certificate of good
conduct - Have shown outstanding
professional competence in banking or related areas. - A certificate in Micro-Credit
related course will be an
added advantage.
