Job
Title: Depot
Supervisor
Location: Lagos (Ajah/Ilupeju/Mushin/Agege)

Job
Description

Supervising
all the activities at depot including on-loading, offloading, stock
management, customer services, manpower management;
Reporting
to the Depot Sales and Operations Manager;
Assisting
in training and retraining of the the depot staffs;
Follow-up
on customers’ product bookings;
Ensuring
cleanliness of the depot inside and outside from time to time;
Ensuring
maximum security of all company’s assets including crates, computer
system;
Carrying
out other duties that may be assigned periodically.

Qualification
and Skills

HND/B.Sc
in any Management/Social Sciences.
Must
have at least 5 years cognate experience.
Must
have analytical skill.
Must
have organisation skill.
Experience
in sales will be an added advantage.
Interested
and qualified candidates must reside within the interested location.

Job
Title: Female
Cashier
Location: Lagos (Ajah/Ilupeju/Mushin/Agege)

Job
Description

Issue
invoices/receipts to customers
Handle
all the depot’s cash transactions
Check
and reconcile daily cash accounts
Guide
and solve customers’ queries
Receive
payment by cash, cheques, credit card etc
Maintain
monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions
Follow-up
on customers’ products bookings.

Requirements

HND/B.Sc
in Accounting or related disciplines.
Minimum
of 3 years cognate experience
Ability
to work on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word.
Must
be honest and transparent.

Job
Title: Store
Keeper
Location: Lagos (Ajah/Ilupeju/Mushin/Agege)

Job
Description

Receive
finished goods and crates from head office and take appropriate records;
Attend
to the invoices meticulously and promptly by dispatching the goods to the
warehouse for prompt delivery to the customers;
Secure
all the finished goods crates and other working tools in the store;
Report
to the Depot Supervisor and Operations Manager

Requirements

B.Sc/HND
in Accounting or any other relevant disciplines;
Minimum
of 4 years cognate experience;
Must
be analytical honest.
Qualified
and interested candidates must be residing in their interested locations
