Top grades Education will be used both in the classroom and at home.
In partnership with the leading and award winning UK science software developer we offer interactive Secondary Science in the following key subjects;
• Biology
• Chemistry
• Physics
Our target market is the private secondary schools in the East African Region (Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, & Tanzania), and partner with regional governments to implement the Secondary Education ICT policy.
Reporting to the CEO, the e-Learning Marketing Specialist will lead the marketing strategy of the company and have direct responsibility for building significant revenue stream.
The main challenge for this key individual is to achieve buy-in from the education stakeholders and leading customization initiatives to meet local national curriculum requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Leadership of a marketing strategy for a new product offering in the region.
• Overall revenue responsibility.
• Driving multi-channel marketing strategy, including digital
• Working with Founder & CEO for generation for Sales, and new business and Product development including selling online advert space.
• Positioning Topgrades Education as the local preferable partner to work with regional governments on the Secondary Education ICT strategy.
Skills required:
• Significant years experience of e-Learning marketing in the Education sector
• Experience of developing and growing a new office set-up
• Direct Financial management & administration responsibility
• Skilled at managing, mentoring and driving teams to achieve multi-channel, stretch revenue growth targets
• Willingness to work in a small office with minimum supervision and ability to work under pressure.
