Description:
World Vision is looking for highly qualified and motivated persons for the position of Leap & Programming Quality Coordinators for the Base Offices.
To assist ADPs to develop and manage programs effectively through planning, monitoring & evaluation and research for high quality ministry.
* Work with the ADPs for effective resource mobilization
* Build capacity of ADP staff in report writing, project proposal writing and DM&E
* Review project reports monthly, bi-annually and annually and provide timely feedback to ensure quality
* Submit review reports to Head of DM&E/LEAP and Team Leader-Service Centre
* Monitors implementation of evaluation recommendations
* Coordination of evaluations & TDI measurements at service centre levels
* Timely & quality evaluations
* Present DM&E findings to ADP Managers on quarterly basis
Qualifications:
* Have B. A Degree (planning, Economics, Sociology, Natural Resources, Integrated Development etc) with a minimum of 5 years experience in DM&E in similar organization
* A Masters degree preferably in Development Planning, Economics, Educational Planning with minimum of three years experience in DM&E in similar organization
* Proposal writing skills and experience in LEAP/DM&E/TDI
* Strong facilitation, report writing and communication skills
* Good computer – data management and analytical skills. Advanced knowledge of excel will be an advantage
Education Level: Bachelors Degree
Work Experience: 5 – 10 Years
