AUMS is urgently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to fill a vacancy at our Ghana operations, for an immediate start. Due to AUMS’s rapid business new opportunities have been created for a
Maintenance Manager.
Applicants must have previous experience in similar roles within the resources sector.
In addition, ideal applicants should satisfy the following criteria:
•Demonstrated experience with adherence to safe work systems and a proactive attitude toward workplace safety;
•A minimum of 10 years experience in leading and managing a diverse maintenance team, where experience in supervision of local employees will be very highly regarded.
•Trade, Maintenance Planning or Mechanical Engineering qualifications;
•Previous experience working in a planning or maintenance leadership role;
•A well-developed understanding of preventative scheduled maintenance, including knowledge of regulatory & statutory required maintenance;
•At least five year’s experience working with mining equipment.
•Although not essential, applicants with knowledge or experience with underground mining equipment will be viewed favorably.
