seeing full recruitment cycle - Providing
guidance to all employees on HR policies - Ensuring
that all company policies and procedures in line with current employment
procedures are followed - Managing
payroll - Advising
on staff promotions - Conducting
interviews - Investigating
disciplinary and greivance matters - Any
other duties as and when assigned by CEO

Skills or Experience
Skills or Experience
- Sound
working knowledge of all current employment laws - Experience
of interracting with all levels of management - Providing
advise and support in complex recruitment cases - Flexibility
to respond to range of difference work situations - 4
to 5 years experience as HR officer or manager
