Handle hardware and software troubleshooting
Assist customers in their products enquiries
Provide quality service in terms of product knowledge and customer service
The Successful Applicant:
Minimum ITE/Diploma in Electronics/IT or equivalent.
Fresh graduates with passion in IT/Consumer Electronics are welcome to apply.
A good team player with positive working attitude.
Is Customer service oriented.
Enjoys hands-on technical duties
The Offer:
Working location: Town
Work Week : 5 days per week
Remuneration: $1400 – $1900
