Job Scope
Perform general administrative duties
Assist in reading/filtering/correspondence of emails
Preparation of letters
Replenishment of office equipments/stationeries
Responsible for local inventory planning
Filing of Documents
Provide other general admin supports, like booking of air tickets & hotels overseas, coordinating exhibitions overseas etc.
Other adhoc responsibilities
Requirements
Min GCE A levels/Diploma
Only Singaporeans may apply
With at least 1-2 years of full time working experience
