Applications are invited from the candidates fulfilling the qualifications for the Post of Upper Division Clerk, which are likely to be filled up in the exigencies of work in Heavy Water Board/Heavy Water Plants/Atomic Energy Regulatory Board.
Upper Division Clerk
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + 2400(G.P.)
Age: Maximum 27 years, as on 01.01.2011.
Qualification:
A Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce of Essential recognised University or equivalent with an aggregate of 50 % marks.
1. Minimum speed of 30 w.p.m. in English typewriting provided that a physically handicapped person who is qualified to hold the clerical post, but does not possess the said qualification in typewriting will be appointed subject to the condition that the Medical Board attached to the Special Employment Exchange for handicapped or where there is no Special Board, a Civil Surgeon Certifies that the said handicapped person is not in a fit condition to be . able to type.
2. Knowledge of computer data processing.
How To Apply:
1. Application should be submitted on good quality white A-4 size plain paper and should be in conformity with the format prescribed in proforma given overleaf. Candidates are advised to ensure that the application is legible, preferably typed in English or Hindi only.
2. The Candidate’s Name, Address with Pin Code, Date of Birth should be written legibly in English in bold capital letters, even if a Candidate fills-in application form in Hindi.
3. The application and the outer cover should be superscribed as “Application for the post of UPPER DIVISION CLERK, against Advertisement No. HWP(B)/1/2011″.
4. PHOTOGRAPH: A recent passport size photograph should be affixed on the right hand top corner of the application. One additional copy of passport size photograph should also be sent along with the application.
5.ATTESTED COPIES OF CERTIFICATE OF :
i. Educational/Technical qualification (supported by appropriate mark sheets year wise indicating the subject offered at the examinations).
ii. Date of birth.
iii. Experience Certificates specifically stating the kind of work done.
iv. Certificate issued by the Competent Authority regarding their claim that they belong to SC, ST or OBC i) Non-Creamy Layer ii) Validity certificate should have been issued within one year in the prescribed proforma.
v. Certificate from Appropriate Authority regarding physical disability (applicable to physically disabled persons only).
vi. Discharge from Defence Service (applicable to ex-defence personnel only).
vii. Completed application should be sent to the below mentioned address SO AS TO REACH NOT LATER THAN 15/04/2011. Transmission delay cannot be attributed to HWP (Baroda).
