Responsibilities
To assist business team and clinic managers on clinic operations, namely
• Preparation of clinic stationery
• Assisting with setting up of accounts for medisave and baby bonus applications
• Assisting with central purchasing matters
• Assisting with procurement of fixed assets
• Ensuring communication and dissemination of instructions to clinics
• Assisting with submission of applications to insurances
• Assisting with rostering and recruitment of clinic staff
Requirements
• Diploma in Management/Business Studies
• Previous experience in clinic/hospital operations
