Sanden International (Singapore) Pte Ltd was established in 1974 with a workforce of 257 employees and is 100% wholly owned by Sanden Corporation Japan.
Being one of the corporation’s four global strategic pillars (Japan, North America, Europe, Asia), Sanden Singapore manufactures and markets automotive air-conditioning to more than 30 countries.
Engineer – Overseas Projects
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in advising affiliated companies on process and quality control system for manufacturing.
2. Carry out project feasibility study, liaison with related functional groups on introducing new manufacturing activities in affiliated companies.
3. Monitor and analyse the manufacturing performance, implement new techniques, recommends improvement actions on OEE & productivity.
4. Assist in sourcing and evaluation of machinery and equipment. Perform price negotiations relating to machinery spare parts, monitor delivery & performance.
5. Coordinate testing activities & evaluations with internal & external parties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related fields.
2. Has 3 years relevant working experience in a multi-national manufacturing environment.
3. Good communication and project management skills
4. Able to travel overseas frequently
