Being a global leader in the Electronics industry, our client is a listed company on NASDAQ, providing automation solutions to almost all the Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Currently, they are seeking to invite a caliber candidate to join them as a Program & Service Manager;
OVERVIEW:
• APAC Program management
• Support Label Printing Device Sales Activity
• Channel and Sales Team Training
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop network of partners in the region that can assist the organization in delivering value added services to end user
• Develop a set of performance metrics for these partners to drive excellence in service quality
• Working closely with ASP partners in ensuring compliance to ASP requirements (audit process)
• Work with Service Development Manager to develop products/services to increase Aftermarket Service revenues in APAC
• Maintain up-to-date database on partners in the program
• Work on the strategy to enable ASP partners in certain countries to obtain warranty compensation
• Recommend improvements, additions and deletions to the Aftermarket Products and Services product range
• Responsible for keeping up-to-date price lists for all Aftermarket Products and Services
• Provides support for marketing communications and marketing collateral for Aftermarket
• Provide Aftermarket Training to staff and Reseller
• Work with Sales Director/Regional Sales Managers to maximize Aftermarket sales in each region
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Degree or MBA in Engineering or Business Management field
• Technical knowledge of label printing devices
• Working knowledge of Oracle or ERP system
• 5 years of program management experience with at least 2 years in product marketing, technical sales or business development roles in IT enterprise
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Able to travel about 20% to 30% of the time in Asia Pacific region
